GREENRAFT
Our approach
We were instructed to fit two insulated raft foundations one for a Border Oak SIPS design, and one for Merlin timber frame. Both builds had an external brick cladding requiring a separate footing.
Outcome
Working in harmony with both home designers we were able to produce two bespoke foundations. We worked with the structural engineer and our partners at Greenraft to create foundations in keeping with the building warranty conditions.
