Our approach
We started with a sloping site populated with mature trees. When designing footings, the proximity of trees to the project will have an impact on footing depth. We use the same software as the building inspectors to ensure we get the right results first time.
Outcome
Client and timber framing company were both pleased with the end result on handover. This took us fifteen days.
